Moving Day!

Sadly my time in Winnipeg ended too soon and I had to come back though I did come back to a happy hubby. It's frustrating wanting to be in two places at once - with my family in Canada and with Dan. - wherever in the world that happens to be. **Sigh** I had a great time though. Unfortunately, I accidently left my camera in Arlington so there are no pics for you. :-/

Today, as suggests the title, is moving day. Dan and I spent all of yesterday buying last minute items, sorting and cleaning. It's funny, we have spent so much time preparing ahead of time so we wouldn't be running frantic but yesterday was still crazy!! Today has proved no different. After far too little sleep we arose bright and early and the race against time continued. As it turns out the movers are two and half hours late (and counting) so we are finally caught up. I have a free moment to write while Dan is downstairs taking the license plates off our car. Whew. Other than that it is a beautiful day: not too hot, not too cold. I will miss days like this.

Tonight we are spending the night with some very nice friends of ours since we are turning in our apartment keys today and then tomorrow it is off to Arizona!
