Now that the heat wave is over we have been having absolutely beautiful weather. To enjoy the gorgeous day we headed to a local park. We set up our jean blanket under a big tree, talked and read. Afterwards I went for a walk while Dan napped. The park was alive with activity. Cyclists, families having BBQs, people playing tennis, baseball, and soccer. [No, not all at once. I could see that one coming - Dad Phelps! ;-) ] As a walked down the path that meandered beside a quiet steam I found the frisbee golf course. It was pretty cool - part of it is in a lightly wooded field, the rest is built right into the forest.
Above is a path that goes into the forest and leads to some of the golf holes. Pretty eh?
