A strange fog had settled over the small beach city of Rehoboth by the time we arrived. Initially it looked like smoke it was so thick but as we walked into the temperature dropped 20 degrees (Farenheit). You could feel the occasional droplet on your skin. Then we realized we were IN a cloud!
