This was the coolest thing about Jerash. We were wandering around this wonderful Roman city when we could hear bagpipes, playing "Praise to the Man" (a song familiar to Mormons). We ran to the old theatre to find out who it was. We were greeted with the pipers of the Jordanian army, the pipes being a remnant of British prescene there and the song a common British tune. Cool.
