Going to the dead sea was possibly the most fun I'd had the entire time in the Middle East. The water was the perfect temperature, the sun was shining and the insane amount of salt in the water made it impossible for ANYTHING to be living in that sea. So, no little fishies could sneak up and eat me! (okay I can be a little paranoid) The mud was fun and it was fantastic to swim out forever into this blue-green water and never be afraid of sinking.
The Dead Sea is known world wide for the mineral healing properties of its mud. Everyone who goes there covers themselves in the stuff. It was so much fun!
